FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who can join the investor waitlist?

The waitlist is for institutional investors, accredited or professional investors, and NBFCs or credit partners interested in AYRMO's proposed private-credit strategy. Joining is an expression of interest only. Eligibility is confirmed before any onboarding.

How do investor returns differ from NBFC rates?

Credit partners would pay a proposed facility rate of 10–16%. Investors target a 6–7% net return per year in USD. The difference covers the structure around the capital, such as custody, currency, risk reserves and operations. Retail borrower rates are set separately by lending partners.

Can I withdraw before the 3-year term?

The proposed structure has a 3-year commitment period. Early withdrawals are expected to be possible at quarterly windows, subject to available liquidity and the final fund terms.

When are quarterly withdrawals available?

Quarterly withdrawal windows are designed to be supported by the target 20%+ liquidity reserve. Exact dates, notice periods and limits will be set out in the final offering documents.

How could early withdrawal change my returns?

Withdrawing before the end of the commitment period may reduce the return you receive. How and by how much will be stated clearly in the offering documents before you make any commitment.
